Two suites at the Crofton Seaside Inn

① No candles, incense, or other open flames in guest rooms. ② Please lock room and exterior doors whenever you leave the property by pressing the “Yale” button ③ Maximum occupancy is 2 guests per room No unregistered guests on the property without prior permission of the owner, including in the backyard. ④ No food in the bedrooms. Food may be consumed in the lounge or backyard. ⑤ Shoes off at the door. ⑥ Please do not remove white towels from your room. Grey towels may be removed. Guests are responsible to ensure towels are returned to the room after use. ⑦ There is no on-site laundry. The nearest laundromat is one block up the street. ⑧ Rinse off sand and saltwater using outside hoses before coming inside. ⑨ A rack is available on the deck for wet bathing suits and towels. No other laundry is permitted. ⑩ Parking: public parking is available on Joan Avenue — please follow posted municipal signs. ⑪ Garbage bins are available in your bathroom and the Lounge. Garbage and recycling bins are available at the front of the property. ⑫ Report any maintenance issue, breakage, or damage to the owner as soon as you notice it. 3 · Pet Policy ① Pets welcome by prior arrangement only — declare any pet at the time of booking. ② Maximum 1 pet per room — dogs and cats only, either guest room ③ Maximum pet weight is 50 lbs – breed must be declared at time of booking and owner reserves the right to refuse certain breeds ④ Pets should be well-behaved around other guests. Excessive barking or disruption may result in the pet policy being revoked for the remainder of the stay. ⑤Provide your pet's own food and water bowls, set up in the attached bathroom. ⑥ Pets must be leashed in all common areas, including the front sidewalk and hallway. ⑦ In the fenced rear yard, pets may be off leash only while attended and when no other guests are present; if other guests are in the yard, pets must be leashed. Pets may be given water in the yard but will not be fed any food. ⑧ Do not leave pets unattended at any time, including leaving pet in room while you are elsewhere on the property ⑨ Pets are not permitted on beds or furniture — bring your own bedding or crate. ⑩ Bring your own waste bags and dispose of pet waste in the outside black bin. ⑪ Any pet urine, feces, or vomit inside the Inn must be reported to the owner immediately. The pet owner is responsible for the full cost of professional cleaning, arranged by the owner.
